Although there is no formal restaurant at The Egerton, guests are welcome to dine in-room or in the bar and lounge area and can choose from the wide selection of options on our menu. From warming classics such as Bea's Chicken Noodle Soup - influenced by Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection - to something more substantial such as Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak or Chef's delicious Wagyu burger.
