- To price match a rate, we will require either the URL link of where you are seeing the rate or a screenshot of the rate clearly displaying the dates, room type, rate and whether the price includes VAT.
- If sending a screenshot, the details must have been taken within a 24 hour period.
- We will price match room types and offers like for like. We are unable to match rates to different room types and offers.
