What times are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is available from 2pm and you must checkout by 12 noon. We are happy to store luggage before check-in and after checkout.

Do you have disabled access?
Unfortunately, the property has no disabled access.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. Please visit our pets page for more information on the services we can provide.

Does your Afternoon Tea cater for different dietary requirements?
We offer Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free alternatives. However, we cannot offer a Vegan Gluten Free alternative.

What adapters do I need?
We are happy to provide voltage transformers and adapters at the hotel. All rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Can you tell me about the latest passport information for international travel?

Where are the nearest department stores?
The world-famous Harrods and Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge are short walk from the hotel.

What is the easiest way to pay the congestion charge when I drive into London?
Please inform us of your vehicle details and expected time of arrival in London and we can take care of this for you. The charge can be included in your hotel bill.

What credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Switch and Delta.

How can you help simplify my onward journey from the hotel?
We can provide you with travel updates for flights and train travel. We can also arrange to have your boarding card pre-printed and arrange for your car to be ready for when you need to leave.

If I drive to the hotel where can I park my car?
Our concierge can provide valet service and will park your car for you. There are also several National Car Parks (NCP) locally and these charges can be added to your bill.
