The RCH Gift Card is easy to use and lets you top-up your balance to use it over and over again.  You can also review your  transactions and balance online or directly at the hotel.

You can purchase and deliver your Gift Card from or to anywhere in the world in your choice of currency, a delivery surcharge is applicable and will be automatically calculated upon purchase.

Q. How do I pay with my Gift Card?

A. Simply hand your Gift Card to a member of staff at the front desk/reception where it can be swiped and used to pay for goods and service. If making a reservation by phone or online, you will need to use a valid credit card to secure your reservation and then use your Gift Card upon checkout at the hotel as payment. Your credit card is only used to secure the reservation, no money will be deducted from it.

Q. How long is the card valid for use?

A. Cards are valid for 1 year from the date when money was last loaded onto the card.
