Jonathan Raggett has worked in hotels since leaving Westminster College with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management. Jonathan joined RCH in 1998 as General Manager of The Rubens Hotel. In 2000 he was promoted to Managing Director, overseeing the rapid expansion to the thirteen international properties RCH now operate. In November 2009, Johnathan Raggett was delighted to be named Hotelier of the Year at the world-renowned Hotel Catey Annual Industry Awards organised by the Caterer & Hotelkeeper.

I became a member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2001. My responsibility is to ensure that each and every one of our guests' needs are met in the most sufficient and articulated manner - whether finding the most suitable choice of restaurant or bar, recommending the hottest new shows, planning a personalised tour or just having a listening ear in those times when one is required.

I joined the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in July 2010 as Reservations Supervisor. I have grown into my role as Reservations Manager over the past year. What I most love about my job is to talk to our guests before their stay during the reservation stages, finding out all their needs, their wishes, special requests and requirements and to really find out what is important to them during their stay. Then the best bit is to finally meet our guests in person, to ensure all our guests' requests and needs are satisfied, and to make of each an every stay a fantastic experience worth repeating.

I have been fortunate to work in all but one Red Carnation property. I started as Reception Manager in 2004 at The Montague and moved to The Milestone 3 years later. I was promoted to Front Office Manager at The Rubens in April 2011 and I have joined the Egerton In April 2012. It is my goal to make each and every guest's experience memorable without fail. With the dedication and passion for guest satisfaction of the entire Front Of House Team we promise to pay attention to every aspect of your stay with us. Working at The Egerton House for the past 5 years has been an invaluable and amazing experience. I had worked in Paris beforehand which was beneficial to my development, but I really found my role and work family here at The Egerton House. Throughout my career I have worked in many different positions, but it was only when I joined reception; and more recently became Duty Manager that I recognized my passion. I sincerely enjoy meeting people, and our guests come from all over the world which I appreciate thoroughly. I wish to ensure that my team and I offer you a consistent and excellent service. I started my career as receptionist at The Egerton House Hotel in April 2009. In September 2010 I was promoted to Duty Manager to my great delight. It is my role to assist the reception team to ensure a smooth running of the shift, to take care of our wonderful guests and ensure that each of our guests has a memorable experience. My career at The Egerton started in 2001 as a room attendant and I am very proud to have been promoted to Executive Housekeeper in May 2008. Our rooms are stunning and we take enourmous pride in the appearance of the rooms and the rest of the hotel. We feel this hotel is a true jewel and my team and I work very hard to keep this jewel as shiny and bright as possible.
