  • Jonathan Raggett

    Managing Director of Red Carnation Hotels Jonathan Raggett

    Jonathan Raggett has worked in hotels since leaving Westminster College with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management. Jonathan joined RCH in 1998 as GM of The Rubens Hotel. In 2000 he was promoted to Managing Director, overseeing the rapid expansion to the thirteen international properties RCH now operate.

    "We are a family run small collection of five and four star hotels who fight the big chains for business. We will never have the same Sales and Marketing spend as these players, so it is my belief that we need to make an even better job of taking care of our guests."

  • Deputy General Manager Murat Deniz

    After graduating in Istanbul, I moved to London, where I studied Hotel Management, before taking my first position at The Ritz Hotel, as a Management Trainee. I have since held positions at Crowne Plaza London St James, 51 Buckingham Gate Hotel & Suites, Gloucester Park Apartments, Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel and in October I joined the Egerton.

    My responsibility here at the lovely Egerton House along with the team is to ensure that all our guests receive the very best attention, the service that second to none and an enjoyable stay that is truly memorable.

    I became a member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2001. My responsibility is to ensure that each and every one of our guests' needs are met in the most sufficient and articulated manner - whether finding the most suitable choice of restaurant or bar, recommending the hottest new shows, planning a personalized tour or just having a listening ear in those times when one is required.

    My career at The Egerton started in 2001, as a room attendant and I am very proud to have been promoted to Executive Housekeeper in May 2008. Our rooms are stunning and we take enourmous pride in the appearance of the rooms and the rest of the hotel.
