    I joined The Egerton House Hotel in 2002. My role is to make sure the Hotel’s dedicated and personable friendly staff deliver the highest standards of service and exceed your expectations. We proud ourselves by satisfying each and every guest who walk through our welcoming doors. It will be my pleasure to welcome you to our wonderful little gem.     I joined the Egerton House Hotel in 2003. It is my role to make sure that are guests are being welcomed back as if they are members of our family and making sure that they are being looked after with enough warmth and care so they make us their home away from home.

    I became a member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2001. My responsibility is to ensure that each and every one of our guests' needs are met in the most sufficient and articulated manner - whether finding the most suitable choice of restaurant or bar, recommending the hottest new shows, planning a personalized tour or just having a listening ear in those times when one is required.

    I joined the Egerton House three years ago when I started as a Receptionist.  I have grown into my role as Reservations Manager over the past year. What I most love about my job is to talk to our guests  before their stay during the reservation stages, finding out all their needs, their wishes, special requests and requirements and to really find out what is important to them during their stay. Then the best bit is to finally meet our guests in person, to ensure all our guests' requests and needs are satisfied, and to make of each an every stay a fantastic experience worth repeating.

    I started in the Egerton in 2005 as a receptionist.  I soon realised I loved being part of the team at such a welcoming and relaxing Hotel. I am now the Assistant Front Office Manager and it shall be my pleasure to ensure that your first and ensuing visits shall be memorable. 'No request too large, no detail too small' is our mission statement and I, along with my team, shall be delighted to assist with any request you may have.
