Event: Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition
Date: October 23rd until April 11th
The Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year is the most prestigious award of its kind in the world and a chance for amateur and experienced snappers to showcase their talents with a lens.
For animal lovers and photography fans, this is a showcase not to be missed and those travelling from outside the capital can ensure they are as close as possible by booking a stay at the luxury London hotel Egerton House, which is less than ten minutes away from the Natural History Museum.
With the < Get More From Your Stay package, guests can look forward to either a late checkout until 18:00 GMT, a bottle of chilled Veuve Clicquot champagne on arrival, traditional afternoon tea for two, a romantic turndown or £50 worth of shopping vouchers for Harrods.
Before that, though, there is plenty to enjoy at the Natural History Museum, with stunning images of animals and plants from the winners of the Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.
This year's showcase will be housed in a bigger gallery and features larger format images to highlight their quality.
