Bankside Winter Festival at Tate Modern

Bankside will be throbbing with music, life and merriment as the Winter Festival returns to London for another year to usher in the Christmas cheer.

A plethora of arts and crafts stalls will be present, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to spot stocking fillers for loved ones, with handmade jewellery and fine ceramics available.

It is not only about shopping however, as there will be street performances and workshops, meaning there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The winter extravaganza begins with a Frost Fair-themed Christmas lantern parade on December 12th, with local school children taking part.

Following an evening outdoors, the kids are likely to have cold hands and one place where they can warm them up is in the comfort of a suite at the luxury London hotel the Egerton House.
