Visitors to luxury London hotel the Egerton will not want to miss what is on their doorstep at luxury department store Harrods this spring.

Describing it as "one of this year's most exciting window displays" the new Maserati GranTurismo and Quattroporte are to be showcased in the Brompton Road window displays in Harrods' Knightsbridge store from this month on.

Motor enthusiasts staying at the nearby luxury London hotel will marvel at the "ultra-stylish luxury cars" while a selection of Maserati merchandise will be available for purchase from the window and also by appointment instore.

Harrods claims that the two models of car "truly redefine" the meaning of the term luxury sports car, noting that both follow Maserati's "rich motorsport heritage".

The GranTurismo is described as a high-performance car that remains true to the classic GT profile while the Quattroporte is "handcrafted to near perfection".

Guests staying at luxury London hotel the Egerton with more of a penchant for beauty and sartorial luxury need not fear: Harrods is set to launch its "Senses" promotion in March which will include massages catering to touch, new perfumes to dazzle the smell and captivating sights and sounds.
