The capital city's international contemporary photography fair, Photo-London 2008 is back for a fourth year and will take place not far from luxury London hotel the Egerton.

Following Reed Exhibition's take over of the event in 2006, the photo event is focusing on a new concept - contemporary photography since 1970.

Guests attending from luxury London hotel the Egerton will be able to view conceptual art photography from May 15th until May 18th 2008 when the showcase is held at Old Billingsgate.

Reed Exhibitions, organisers of Paris Photo - an event held by many to be the best in terms of photography in the world - have arranged for Photo-London 2008 to be held in a new "exceptional" venue, the 19th-century market building in Old Billingsgate.

Even guests of luxury London hotel the Egerton with only a passing interest in photography will not fail to be impressed by the period building, renovated in 1988 by architect Richard Rogers.

For those unaccustomed to London, Old billingsgate is situated next to the Tower of London and facing the Thames.
