We are looking for an enthusiastic professional interested in joining our existing conference and banqueting team.
The role will include:
• Contracting
• Maintaining a chase system
• Managing revenue on a daily basis
• Preparing a daily function sheet
• Producing monthly reports
• Responding to enquiries
• Conducting showrounds
The perfect candidate should ideally have a at least 6 months experience in reservations and or conference co-ordinating at four or five star level. You will be selling meeting room in The Rubens as well as a private function room at our five star Hotel 41, and our South African restaurant and cocktail bar. You should have excellent telephone etiquette and sales skills.
