A fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager at The Rubens on the Palace Hotel, a stunning four star luxury hotel located opposite Buckingham Palace Road and a short walking distance from Victoria station. With two restaurants, a separate lounge, two bars (including our Champagne Bar), and 24-hour room service, The Rubens gives diners plenty of choice for every occasion – from cocktails, to light snacks, to traditional English afternoon tea, and fine dining.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the Food & Beverage staff, conference and banqueting and kitchen team, and have the ability to motivate, appraise and manage people effectively.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will have extensive experience in running multi departments, with C&B experience and a proven track record in generating revenues for an F&B department. Your knowledge of gastronomic food and wine in the deluxe 4 star markets must be comprehensive and you will use your creativity as Food & Beverage Manager to produce new ideas for F&B initiatives and promotions.
With an enthusiastic hands-on approach, as Food & Beverage Manager you will manage standards and consistency ensuring this filters down to all employees to enhance the guest experience. Managing the department’s needs to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
